How do i change or cancel my order immediately?
If you are still shopping and have not hit the "submit your order" button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary.
Once you’ve hit the "submit your order" button, your order has gone through and is being processed. You will need to reach out to us immediately via email to customercare@lacwear.com to make any changes before we send it out to you, remember your receipt number and order details.
If we have already sent your order to you, you will need to initiate an exchange or a return once you receive the item at your address.
What payment methods do we accept?
We currently accept payments on Mastercard ©, Visa ©, PayPal © and American Express ©.
We use Stripe to ensure your payments are secure. Stripe is a secure third party online payment gateway that verifies and encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Stripe employ the strongest security measures against fraud and online piracy available to protect your personal information. Stripe does not conserve your credit card information on its servers.
When you place your order with a credit card, the payment will be deducted from your bank account when your order and data have been verified and your ordered products leave our stock for delivery.
Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
What happens after i purchase on lacwear.com?
1. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order has been received, this is usually sent once your payment has been confirmed.
2. Once your item has been shipped we will send you an email with your receipt, the estimated delivery time and tracking number of your package.

For countries outside EU local tax and custom will apply.
When can i expect my order to arrive?
- Orders made before 8 a.m. (UTC+01:00) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 8 a.m. will be shipped the following business day.

- Remote locations may cause longer delivery time and during high volume periods, delivery times may vary.

How can i track my order?
If you want to track your order use the Tracking function from DHL Freight.
Do you charge sales tax on your orders?
When you order from a country within the EU you pay the price including Estonian VAT and no other fees are added.
European union
In all eurozone countries we ship to we apply the tax rate of 20%, this is already included in the advertised sale price of our products.
Do i have to pay customs, duties, or tariffs?
Europe and non-eu countries
Eurozone countries are generally exempt from customs, duties or import tariffs.
When you order from a country outside of the EU, you will be responsible for the local VAT and customs. Contact your local customs office for more information.
What if i want to exchange an item?
Wrong size? You can exchange your product for the size that fits you.
We only accept like-for-like exchanges:
This means that you can only exchange your product for the same model. For example, you can exchange your LAC SHELL JACKET in size small for a LAC SHELL JACKET in a size medium. You can not exchange one product for a completely different model.
Notify us within 30 days:
Please contact us on by email to customercare@lacwear.com within 30 days of the ship date of your order. We will not accept returns after 30 days except for problems with product quality.
Return new items only:
For your exchange to be accepted by us, the product must be new and unused. Unused means without any scuffs, scratches, stains, burrs, dent, or tears. We also can’t accept a return if it arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure that you pack your return item carefully to avoid any risk of damage during transport.
Remember the receipt and any accessories:
It’s always easier if you send your item back with a copy of the receipt. If the products comes with any accessories be ensure you include them in the return.
Keep the tags on:
Most LAC products come with a tag or label attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

If your exchange is valid, we will issue you with a pre-paid return slip that you can use to return your product to us at no charge. Please include the product receipt in the return package, and note the change you wish to make to the order.

What if i want to return my order for a refund?
If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items on regular orders for a full refund.

What happens if i don’t follow the exchange or returns policy?
If you contact us for a product exchange or a return for refund beyond 30 days after you received your order, it will not be accepted by us.
If you do not send your return or exchange to us within 30 days of making contact with us, it will not be accepted by us.
If you return an item that is worn, used, damaged, altered, or missing its hang tag, your return or exchange will not be accepted by us.
If we receive a return/exchange from you that is not acceptable, we will contact you using the email address you used for your purchase to inform you that.
We can ship the item back to you at your cost
LAC warranty policy
Your LAC outerwear, layer, and apparel are covered by our 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Is it a defect or just damage?
Is your product defective because of a problem in materials or workmanship? or is it just damaged from use or simply worn out?
A product is defective when it derogates from its normal state of function and repair because of an inherent problem in its materials or in its manufacture.
A product is damaged when it derogates from its normal state of function and repair because of normal wear and tear, improper care.
Defective products are covered by our 2 year warranty, whereas products that are damaged are not.
Here are a few examples of cases that are not covered by warranty:
Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time. Examples include the following:

“The colour of my jacket has slightly faded in the sun/wind/snow.”
“My outerwear is starting to look wet in places.”
Damage resulting from contact with objects while hunting or outerwear. Examples include the following:
“I hit a something sharp and the jacket got a tear.”

“My jacket got caught on a branch hunting in the forest and ripped.”
Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness. apparel
“I washed my jacket and it has lost some of its waterproofing.”
“My jacket has shrunk in the wash.”
“My pants burned on the heater in the drying room.”
Parts, hardware, or accessories that were lost or have gone missing after receiving your product.

“I lost the puller on my zipper.”
How to claim a warranty on your product.

If you bought the product on lacwear.com, contact us by email to customercare@lacwear.com and let us know you would like to claim a warranty.
We will send you a digital warranty form to fill in. You will need to supply us with a description of the defect and photos of the defect. Once completed, we will review and respond to you within 2 working days.
If it appears your warranty is valid, we will inform you that your warranty is approved pending review. At this point we will need to inspect the physical product before we can give you a final approval and send you a replacement product. So you will need to send your product in to us. We will issue you with a pre-paid return slip that you can use to return your warranty product to us at no charge. Please include the product receipt (if you still have it) and a printed copy of your completed warranty request form in the return package.
Please send your warranty product to adress given by customer care.
We will inspect your product within 2 working days of it arriving to us. Once we have inspected it we will send you a final warranty approval and ship you a replacement product within 3 working days (which will then arrive to you according to the delivery timeframe for your region). We cannot however guarantee that your replacement product will be in stock at the time of your warranty. If your replacement product is out of stock, we will offer you your choice of an alternative product of equal value to the warranty.
If your product warranty request is not successful we will ship your product back to you and offer you a special rate on a replacement purchase of the same product.
Repairs
We strongly believe that you should do everything you can to repair your goods to ensure they have a long and useful life.
In the future we will have a repairs service set up so you can send your LAC gear to be repaired by us for a fair price.
For now though we encourage you to contact your local clothing alterations service and please do not hesitate to ask us for advice on what to do via customer care.
